Support guidance and help for all service maintenance and repair-related activity is available to you from a genuine 24 hours/7 days a week call centre (it never closes).

The Fleet Service GB Support Team answer all calls within 20 seconds, so your query will always be dealt with efficiently and quickly. You can also get in touch using the Driver App, which offers a range of services at the touch of a button.
The Support Team takes ownership of your requirement, refers to our parameters, makes all the necessary arrangements, keeps you fully informed and importantly, maintains a comprehensive record of the transaction.

Achieve Maintenance Management includes routine servicing and related repairs, wear and tear replacement (brakes, tyres, etc) replacement vehicle rental and breakdown and recovery.

The Support Team will send automatic reminders and prompts for vehicle servicing and MoTs.

You will receive a personal and efficient maintenance management service.

 

Please note any maintenance related expenditure (an event) deemed to be driver influenced (ie. avoidable) will be recorded automatically as part of the integrated continuous measurement aspect of the Achieve Driver Management programme and will impact on your Live Driver Score.
