Fleet Controller – Service Support Team Out of Hours

Fleet Service GB is looking for a candidate to deliver outstanding service to our customer base, through the handling of inbound and outbound call and e-mail traffic in our Service Support Centre. You will be expected to efficiently and effectively handle all customer requests and facilitate these in line with client parameters. Delivering a personal and exclusive experience to all customers.

Fleet administration tasks, including invoice processing and compliance reviews, will also be expected from this role.

This position operates outside of business hours on a shift pattern basis throughout the week and some ad-hoc cover at weekends.

You will report directly to the Head of Operations.
