Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 /year.
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused people to join our busy team. We have a number of positions available – day, evening and night shifts
Deliver a personal service to all customers facilitating vehicle and driver related requirements.
Answering inbound calls presented within agreed business KPI’s
Managing requests for all booking requests on behalf of our customers.
What we are looking for:
Knowledge of the fleet management industry is preferable however not essential as full training will be provided.
A positive, assertive and confident communication style.
Ability to problem solve and organise
A team player who is flexible and keen to learn new things
Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach & committed to delivering solutions.
Able to deal with challenging situations and enjoys working to tight deadlines in an organised way.
Good level of IT skills
