Fleet Maintenance

The Fleet Service GB Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) programme is there to help and assist you in keeping your vehicles safe and legal at all times

Modern vehicles are generally very reliant and dependable but, at the same time, you as a driver, have a personal responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is compliant.

The SMR programme and the Fleet Service GB team will be there to support you.


Personal - Response

Whenever you need to contact the Fleet Service Support Team, you may do so either by using the driver App or making a telephone call.  All calls are answered by dedicated qualified personnel within a maximum of 20 seconds.  This is a human response service – no automated answering systems are used – and is available to support you on a genuine 24/7 basis

Personal – Suppliers

For the majority of servicing and related repairs on your vehicle, Fleet Service GB will utilise its own national network of preferred garages branded Fleet Service Partnership.  This network is an extension of the fleet service support team and will ensure that each and every time there is a requirement the service you receive will be to an excellent standard.  If that is not the case, then please tell us as soon as you can by emailing achieve@fleetservicegb.co.uk

Personal – Support

Your vehicle, because its registered in the service maintenance and repair programme will be monitored and supported throughout its operational life.  The programme will provide automatic prompts and reminders covering all aspects of the vehicles maintenance requirements.

The Service Team are there to ensure that everything necessary to keep the vehicle safe and compliant is done, as requirements are identified.

Personal – Ancillary supplies

The programme supports all related maintenance requirements such as:

  • replacement vehicle hire
  • breakdown and recovery
  • tyres
  • glass
  • other ancillary items

All you have to do to activate support is to make contact, either by using the driver App or by making a phone call to the Fleet Service Support Team.  The correct response to your requirement will be identified by the team and implemented.
