Our Achieve Crash Management service ensures that, in the event of an incident, the driver has only one number to call at any time of day or night. The driver is looked after throughout all aspects of the incident, from the moment it is reported through to final repair completion. Our specialist team even completes the driver claim form over the phone, with all calls voice-recorded to provide a definitive audit trail.
- Response and support
Our 24/7 crash management support centre never closes. Manned by our own qualified personnel, Fleet Service GB staff deal personally with all communications either via our driver app, driver portal or telephone call (answered within 20 seconds) and arrange all related services to support your driver and vehicle. The main priority is to recover and support the driver by taking ownership of all aspects of the situation, organising claim forms, recovering the vehicle, arranging repairs, negotiating with insurance companies and garages, and arranging uninsured loss recovery if necessary. We deliver 100% in support.

We work closely with Fleet Service Partnership, our national network of preferred garages, to provide a highly professional and flexible service, ensuring vehicle repairs are completed in the minimum time, without compromising quality or safety.
- Management information controls
Our own industry-leading IT and communication systems are customised to process all services required in line with specific instructions, and our accident reports provide sufficient information to take any relevant action. Instant access to all reporting and fleet performance evaluation is available through the Fleet Service GB online portal.
- Integrating driver support
Our reporting data is invaluable in helping to identify drivers needing appropriate help and support. The Fleet Service GB Achieve Driver Management programme supports the company policy in this important area.
